jitbus is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jitbus and its users.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or participating in the platform in any way, the user is considered to have accepted these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any update will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the jitbus website, mobile platform, and all related digital services. Additional terms may apply to specific games or promotional offers; in such cases, those specific terms will apply alongside these general Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of jitbus authority will be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

The jitbus platform is intended only for persons aged 21 years or older. At the time of registration, the user declares that they meet the legally applicable minimum age requirement. If age cannot be verified, the account may be suspended at any time.

2.2 Account Creation Terms

• Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Creating an account using another person's information or identity is strictly prohibited.
• If an account's security is compromised, jitbus support must be notified immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jitbus reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and payment method at any time. The user may be required to provide necessary documents (national ID card, passport, etc.). Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through support. jitbus authority reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

• The minimum deposit required to receive the bonus is ৳500.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met (meaning bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be placed).
• The welcome bonus can be received once per account only.
• If the bonus is claimed using multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled and any winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers have their own expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the conditions have been met.
• A bonus code cannot be applied retroactively to an offer that was accepted without one.
• jitbus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

3.3 VIP Program

Regular users may participate in three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and can be withdrawn without any additional wagering requirement.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jitbus reserves the right to initiate additional verification procedures.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any additional charges apply due to currency conversion, the user will be informed.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jitbus strictly follows an anti-money laundering policy. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the relevant bet will be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a fault or bug in the game software will be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the refund policy for bets placed will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game provider.

5.2 Sports Betting

• For live betting, any bet accepted after a market has closed will be considered void.
• All bets will remain pending until the official result of an event is announced.
• Settlement of bets on BPL, IPL, T20, and other tournaments will be based on the official results of the relevant governing body.

5.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using verified random number generator (RNG) technology.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and game rules are final.
• Information about the general concept of RTP (Return to Player) for games is available from the help centre; however, disclosing the RTP of specific games is prohibited under jitbus policy.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to defraud the platform by colluding with other players.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

8.3 Limitation of Loss

jitbus is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming activity. Gaming decisions are entirely the user's own, and the user is responsible for any wins or losses.

8.4 Force Majeure

jitbus will not be held liable for failure to comply with these Terms due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, cyber attacks, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

10.3 Termination of Relationship

jitbus reserves the right to terminate the service relationship with any user, particularly in cases of violation of these terms. Even after termination, certain clauses will remain in effect as required by applicable law.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between jitbus and the user. Any prior oral or written representations are superseded by this agreement.
